Infrared heating lamps are used in the printing machine industry;

Pretreatment before fabric printing
Drying the fabric: The fabric needs to be properly dry before printing. quartz heating lamp for screen printing machines dry fabrics quickly and effectively, removing moisture from the fabric surface. The Infrared Heating Element only takes 3 – 5 minutes, which greatly improves the efficiency of pre-printing processing.

Preheat fabric: Preheating fabric helps improve the quality of printing. The radiant heat of infrared rays can expand the fabric fibers and open the pores of the fibers, making it easier for the printing ink to penetrate into the fabric. When the temperature of the fabric increases, the adhesion of the printing ink will also increase.

Heating and curing during printing process
Ink Curing: After printing on fabric, many inks require heat curing to achieve optimal performance. Infrared heating lamps can provide fast and even heat to evaporate the solvent in the ink, allowing the ink to dry and solidify quickly.

Improve printing fastness: Through the heating and curing of halogen ir heat lamps, the printing fastness can be significantly improved. This allows the printed pattern to maintain a higher degree of color retention during post-processing processes such as friction and washing, thus improving the quality and durability of the printing.

Auxiliary heating for printing post-processing
Post-finishing processing: In the post-printing fabric finishing process, such as softening treatment, waterproofing treatment, etc., infrared heating lamps can be used as auxiliary heating equipment.

Eliminate wrinkles: The printed fabric may have wrinkles, and halogen heat lamps can be used to eliminate these wrinkles. When infrared rays are irradiated onto the fabric, the fabric fibers are heated and become soft, and under a certain tension, the wrinkles can be smoothed out.
