When the flash dryer is working, hot air enters the bottom of the dryer tangentially, and then forms a strong rotating wind field. The material is added to the main unit of the flash dryer by the spiral feeder. Under the action of gravity, the heavier part of the material will fall first. Under the action of the high-speed rotating disintegration device at the lower end of the flash dryer main unit, the material will be dispersed, and the block material can be quickly crushed and eventually become a lighter material. During this period, the hot air will fully contact and dry by heat. Finally, the dried material will be collected by the cyclone separator and bag dust collector, and the clean exhaust gas will be discharged into the air by the induced draft fan. In this way, the entire drying process is completed.
