Infrared heating lamps have many uses in farms:
- Brooding
Advantages
Provide a local warm environment. The position and height of the halogen bulb can be flexibly adjusted according to the number of chicks and the brooding space, so that the chicks can gather in an area with a suitable temperature. For example, if the heating lamp is installed in a corner of the brooding box, the chicks will actively approach the heat source when they feel cold.
Energy-saving and efficient. Compared with the use of large heating equipment to heat the entire brooding room, infrared lamp heater bulbs only heat the local area where the chicks are active, reducing energy waste.
- Animal injury care
Advantages
Accelerate wound healing. Good blood circulation can provide more nutrients and oxygen to the wound, while taking away metabolic waste, which is conducive to the repair of wound tissue.
Relieve muscle pain. For muscle pain caused by strain, overuse and other reasons in animals, the heat radiation of infrared tungsten heat lamps can relax muscles and relieve pain. - Plants (such as greenhouse planting)
Advantages
Flexible temperature control. The temperature in the greenhouse can be adjusted by controlling the switching time and number of tungsten halogen lamps according to the temperature requirements of different plants. For some temperature-sensitive flowers, such as orchids, it can provide a precise temperature environment.
Auxiliary lighting. Some replacement infrared halogen lamps also have a certain visible spectrum component, which can provide a small amount of light while providing heat, which is helpful for the growth of plants in seasons or regions with short sunshine time.
